It’s easy to get a price estimate and to hold dates. Here’s what to do…

  1. Check availability on the calendar to the left.
  2. Type in your arrival date in the field below, then click Enter. (The small calendar next to the arrival date field only shows arrival dates – not full availability)
  3. Type in your departure date, click Enter again.
  4. Let us know the number or adults & children and whether or not you’re bringing pets.
  5. Click Get A Quote to see pricing, which includes the optional travel insurance.
  6. Click Reserve These Dates to make a plan!

Getting an estimate or placing a reservation is fast and easy. Select your arrival and departure dates and fill in the number of guests. For an estimate, click Get a Quote. The 'Get a Quote' estimates are not guaranteed until confirmed by a Reservationist. To place a reservation, click Reserve these Dates to start the online reservation wizard.

General policies: full details will be in your rental contract

Our rental contracts vary slightly depending on the length of stay, the season you’re visiting, and whether or not you’re bringing a pet. You’ll have the opportunity to OK the specifics in your rental agreement before we process any payment from you. These are our general policies.
  • We do not charge a security deposit! Your rental includes a complimentary security deposit waiver, covering you for up to $3,000 in accidental damages.
  • The home will be fully prepped before your arrival and end-of-stay cleans are our responsibility, not yours. For stays of 12 nights or longer we also include a complimentary weekly spiff-up of the home.
  • Half of your rental rate is due within 48 hours of our office confirming your reservation, with the remainder due 30 days before your arrival.
  • There is a $200 cancellation fee. If you have to cancel within 60 days of your arrival your deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent your dates. For this reason we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
  • Pets need to be approved by our office. If approved, a pet fee will be added to your quote.
  • If this is a last minute reservation (4 days or less away), make your reservation by phone so that we can ensure the home will be ready for you.
