Our rental contracts vary slightly depending on the length of stay, the season you’re visiting, and whether or not you’re bringing a pet. You’ll have the opportunity to OK the specifics in your rental agreement before we process any payment from you. These are our general policies.
We do not charge a security deposit! Your rental includes a complimentary security deposit waiver, covering you for up to $3,000 in accidental damages.
The home will be fully prepped before your arrival and end-of-stay cleans are our responsibility, not yours. For stays of 12 nights or longer we also include a complimentary weekly spiff-up of the home.
Half of your rental rate is due within 48 hours of our office confirming your reservation, with the remainder due 30 days before your arrival.
There is a $200 cancellation fee. If you have to cancel within 60 days of your arrival your deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent your dates. For this reason we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Pets need to be approved by our office. If approved, a pet fee will be added to your quote.
If this is a last minute reservation (4 days or less away), make your reservation by phone so that we can ensure the home will be ready for you.
