Brief Description This five bedroom home is located in beautiful Paradise Valley about 20 minutes South of Livingston and about 40 minutes from Gardiner. It is a perfect spot for your family to get together with fishing, hiking, rafting and so much more right at your fingertips. It is also a great place to kick back, relax, and enjoy the spectacular views.

Bedrooms and baths The master bedroom is very spacious and has a king size bed and a large private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and a shower. There are also two twin beds in the sunroom on the main level of the home. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with two twins that have a shared bathroom in the hall. The last bedroom also has a king size bed and its own full bath. There is also a full pull out sofa in the library for flexible sleeping arrangements. The upstairs bedrooms all have A/C units in the windows for those warm summer nights. The house will accommodate up to 11 guests.

Kitchen This kitchen has everything you will need to prepare meals for a crowd. It has quality appliances and amenities. There is a nice selection of cookware and serving ware. There is a “pass through” to the living room. Out on the deck you will find a gas barbecue grill and seating to enjoy those outdoors meals.

Living room The cozy living room has great views of the mountains. The floors are rich mahogany wood that runs through the kitchen, living room, dining room and up the staircase. The entertainment center has a 42” flat screen TV with satellite TV and a DVD player. The home also has wireless Internet throughout for those of you who need to stay connected while on vacation.

Dining room and Breakfast nook The dining area is off the kitchen with a beautiful table that fits a crowd. The breakfast nook is also off the kitchen with a table that seats 4. It is a great place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee and paper.

Billiards room and Library Off the main entrance there is a billiards room with a pool table, gas fireplace and a small table to play cards or sit and watch the pool game. There is also a library with a desk and a pull out sofa in a separate room.

Setting, acreage, and views Elbow Creek Retreat sits on 3 acres within a 2500 acre working cattle ranch in the Paradise Valley. It has gorgeous views of the Absaroka mountains.

Outdoor Amenities There is a great deck with a hot tub and views of the mountains. There is outdoor seating to sit and relax or enjoy your meals. The kids can run and play in the beautiful large yard. There is also a dog kennel.

Activities nearby Besides hiking and mountain biking on nearby trails, there is fishing on the Yellowstone just a short drive away, horseback riding, golf, skiing, tours of Yellowstone National Park, and everything that the towns of Livingston, Gardiner and Bozeman have to offer. Chico Hot Springs, with a great restaurant and saloon, and a large mineral pool for soaking is just ten minutes away.

Closest town and airport You are 20 miles to Livingston and 40 miles to Gardiner. Bozeman’s Gallatin Field airport is about one hour from the home.
